BullyHelpline : Parents and children can email or phone an expert in bullying and cyber-bullying for help. Child Abuse Prevention Services (CAPS) is a non-profit resource on the prevention of bullying, child abuse and neglect. They now offer the Bully Helpline at 516-621-0552 or email This is a new, free, confidential community service. This is an extension of their original Helpline at 516-621-0552 or email where inquiries about child abuse and neglect, Internet safety, friendships, etc. can be answered. Both Helplines are staffed during business hours, 9am to 4pm, by professionals with expertise in bullying, child abuse, child development and child safety.
