We hope to bring together a mix of things that apply to our community - everything from legislative and advocacy news to "A+ School Rewards" at your local Stop & Shop. Have something of interest in our community that we should share? Let us know!

 

A+ School Rewards : We have will have the opportunity to earn cash through Stop & Shop's A+ School Rewards Program. Click here to register online, - click on "Register Your Card" -  or call 1-877-275-2758 to register your Stop & Shop card over the phone. After you register, each shopping trip using your card earns CASH for our school! You can track the amount of points you've earned for our school by checking your receipt and online when you create an account at stopandshop.com. We will receive a check at the end of the program. Please keep in mind that even if you registered your card last year, you must re-register this year for us to receive credit.

 

BullyHelpline : Parents and children can email or phone an expert in bullying and cyber-bullying for help. Child Abuse Prevention Services (CAPS) is a non-profit resource on the prevention of bullying, child abuse and neglect. They now offer the Bully Helpline at 516-621-0552 or email bullyhelpline@capsli.org. This is a new, free, confidential community service. This is an extension of their original Helpline at 516-621-0552 or email helpline@capsli.org where inquiries about child abuse and neglect, Internet safety, friendships, etc. can be answered. Both Helplines are staffed during business hours, 9am to 4pm, by professionals with expertise in bullying, child abuse, child development and child safety.
